PACKAGING
- Whole cheeses are shipped in single boxes.
- Vacuum packed portions (1/4, 1/8 and 1 kg) are shipped in half-size boxes (approx 16-18 kg).
- Smaller vacuum packed
portions (300 g.)
are shipped in 5 kg. boxes.
All vacuum packed portions expire 6 months after production and must be stored at 0-4° C approx.
